Unban application

hey all, i want to apoligize for the problems i made on your duel server. i were banned now for about 3 months and i accept that for my bad manners. but i wont do that again and i please want to ask you for unbanning me now. i will really not do it again, i promise.
i dont know the name with which i was banned, maybe mrkauz. i just asked babywolf and he told me to post this here... please dont forget me, i like nditions duel server so much =)

well i don't know what really happened back then, but i saw him today on 22nd siege server, and he was playing fine. he told me that he has a brother, and he didn't blame it on him, so that shows some respect. he also told me that what he said wasn't anything discriminating.

Should see if anyone has the relevant logs - just to make sure it wasn't anything too bad.

Huh, having read that and the IG thing - Not sure if an unban is advisable at this time - deliberate TKing on battlegrounds, and throwing insults around a lot on both nditions and battlegrounds - and only trolly nicks.
What do the rest of you think?

I am mrkauz, messer_jack and davy_jones. it is not my fault what my brother writes. he is in a relationship with a boyfriend of him and i m not able to make him stop that.. i just can apolozise for his rude speaking, but i can not make a different man of him. i also apologize for the bad point of view which is now on swadian clan, i ll tell to my bro and tell him, that i got thrown out of the clan cause of him. maybe that will change him. dont unban me, i should have known that he is not able to behave like a normal man -.-

Since there is no way to distinguish between different people using the same ID key, the only realistic policy to be adopted is that you are personally responsible for anything done using your ID key.

i can not prove that we share us an account, but everyone who knows me can declare that i would never write something like that.

and i want official apologize if that has thrown a bad light on the swadian clan. i ll talk to our mother how her second son behaves...

At the moment, we aren't going to unban you. The fact that you are banned on IG as well as your names suggest that this isn't one off behaviour.

You must wait 10 days until you can appeal again.
