There seems to be a major problem with the latest steam update...

Am I the only one having this problem? (pls note that a 3 days holiday was messed due to the stupid bug with the steam system, so I'm a bit upset - therefore the harsh tone of the message.)

And to be positive, here is a small tweak for those with a below low end machine (like me), with a decent graphic card, to boost your battles.

This small edit make your warband use more than 15 mbytes of your graphcard, and this will allow you to have larger battles (like hundreds instead of the preset 50 vs 50 instances) without any problem.

Hope to see you soon, but till steam catches up, I must read books or play solitaire or flashgames. (At least I have about 6-8 books waiting to be read, now I have the time for that...)

note about the buffer size,
just because he changed it to 500 doesnt mean you should too,

know how much of MB RAM your graphic card has, and use half

for example, if you have 512MB memory on your graphic card, use about 256

etc etc

I upped mine to 1000, then went straight in and did a 200v200 custom battle. It's amazing.

Bloody mental that such a small thing that is so important could be overlooked like that.

I had a non-working Steam for 18 months straight at one point. It's the new Windows.

The new chat tab system... No idea why they added that, everyone on the Steam forums seem to hate them.
Even when you turn tabs of its stupid.
